“I'll always owe a debt of gratitude to New Maroon Camp for giving me friends who feel like family. Each day at camp was an opportunity for me to meet and create connections with students from all over. One person in particular, I met randomly at Perry waiting for food and now he is my best friend and roommate for next year. This may be a scary time but always remember to be yourself and strike up conversations with strangers because they could turn out to be your dearest friends in college.”
