“As an out of state student not knowing many people, registering for New Maroon Camp was one of the best decisions of my life. Not only did I meet lifelong friends, but I was also lead to many other amazing organizations on campus. I will say, it’s not easy. Even after the first day of camp I was completely overwhelmed. But thankfully, I went back on that second day of camp and I began to find my people and my place here at MSU. New Maroon Camp has allowed me to truly thrive here at msstate, and for that I’ll forever be grateful.”
