Favorite thing about Mississippi State:

My favorite thing about Mississippi State is how I felt at home so quickly. The people at Mississippi State feel like a family to me. I love how tight our fan base is for our sports, how everyone loves one another no matter what organization you’re a part of, and everyone truly loves the university for what it is. It truly feels like my home away from home, and I could not be more thankful for what it has given me.

What does New Maroon Camp mean to you?:

It is so rewarding to be a part of New Maroon Camp, whether that’s as a camper or a staff member! You truly get to meet so many people from some many different places, organizations, and backgrounds. I am grateful I became a part of New Maroon Camp as a freshman because I felt so comfortable walking on campus on the first day of classes just because I knew people and I knew were things were. Now, I can truly say that some of the most influential people I’ve met are through New Maroon Camp. I’m so thankful to have the opportunity to be able to serve on the other side of New Maroon Camp this year.
